A line drawing operation. Encompasses several lines, each consisting of a list of positions. Expected to be recreated every frame.

Transforms and uploads line strip data to be consumed by gpu.
Try to bundle all line strips into a single draw data instance whenever possible. If you pass zero lines instances, subsequent drawing will do nothing.
If no batches are passed, all lines are assumed to be in a single batch with identity transform.
